Capkin Captions is an iPhone app that puts captions on videos you choose.

You pick videos with the system photo picker. Transcription runs on the device. Captions and the dictionary stay on the phone. Export only adds a video to Photos. The first transcription may download an Apple speech model.

Video and transcripts are not sent to a third-party AI provider.
